Cedar Creek Chili Cookoff

The 7th Annual North Texas Craft Beer Chili Challenge @ Cedar Creek Brewhouse & Eatery is finally here!! 
 

• The public will vote for their favorite, and we will have a amateur and pro division. Pro Division participates will be brewpubs that operate their own restaurants and/or kitchens.
• In addition to the people’s choice, a judges choice will be awarded as well, with judges from other Mustang Station Restaurants, City Officials, Beer/Food Writers, and Brewpub Chefs that decide not to participate.
• We will be selling cups and spoons and will be donating the proceeds to Metrocrest Services.
• The city of Farmers Branch Health department is pretty strict, so if anyone asks your prep work was done in your licensed food manufacturing facility/brewery/restaurant. 
• Each brewery needs to be set up under a pop-up tent (Farmers Branch Health Code), the smaller footprint the better, and cook/warm you product by means of gas (no electricity will be available)
• Please plan on bringing a hand washing station (Farmers Branch Health Code). This can just be a bucket, a bottle of hand soup, and a container of water w/ a spigot.
• Feel free to bring any signage, stickers, handouts, etc. that you may want to give out. We want to use this event to promote all the breweries in North Texas as much as possible.
