Welcome to R. L. Turner High School!  Our school is a place that respects and embraces all students so that students may maximize their full potential!

At R. L. Turner, our staff is committed to providing the best education possible for our students.  Our students have a wide variety of interests, goals, and dreams and R. L. Turner High School is perfectly designed to meet them.  Students may choose among 3 academies and over 20 programs of study to tailor their education to their interests and strengths.  We also offer more than 30 Advanced Placement courses, in addition to four UT OnRamps courses.  R. L. Turner graduates can easily enter college with over 30 college credits after walking the stage at R. L. Turner High School.   In addition to an outstanding academic program, we also offer students the opportunity to engage in 34 student clubs and 38 student organizations.  Finally, R. L. Turner HS provides students the opportunity to participate in UIL-sanctioned athletics and fine arts programs.

As the first high school in the Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD, R. L. Turner has a long tradition of strong school pride and community support!  We are excited to welcome you to be part of our amazing school!
