Hi, I’m Steve.

I got my first job at 8 years old, and from there I’ve had more jobs than I can count. And though many of them were seen as great jobs, I never felt fulfilled, and I often felt stuck.

I knew I wanted to have more impact and feel more fulfillment at work but wasn’t sure how to get there. I tried switching companies and having different responsibilities, but nothing seemed to really work. As soon as the honeymoon phase at my new job was over, I was back to where I started.

But there was something I always enjoyed that I didn’t even realize I was doing. There were always people who were looking to advance their careers, and I was always the one they came to for advice.

In June 2022 I founded Stack Recruiting with the support of my friends and family.
